26TH AVE BEACH HOME is a wonderful house 1/2 block to the southeast side of the large & sandy 26th Ave Beach and Moran Lake. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and sleeps up to 8. There is a large deck under shady eucalyptus trees facing the lake and a sunny patio on the other side of the home. You can stroll down a path along the lake to enjoy the wildlife. Beyond the path across East Cliff Dr. you will find the Beach. You have a peek of the Beach from the living room. The 26th Ave Beach Home is beautifully decorated Home that overlooks Moran Lake with small views of Moran Beach. It has a remodeled kitchen and hardwood floors throughout. The 1st bathroom has a claw-foot tub/shower, the 2nd has a shower. There is 1-Queen in the Master Bedroom, 1-Double Bed in a room with a small ocean view also overlooking the Lake. The other two bedrooms have 1-Adult sized Twin Bunk beds in each room. This quiet retreat home has a TV with Cable & DVD. Enjoy the wireless DSL too if you bring your laptop. The Living Room has Dutch doors that you can open at night to listen to the frogs! This is a very peaceful home during the day and night for relaxing and reading. The Living Room overlooks the field and the Moran Lake and has a Fireplace! There is a picnic table in the dining room for fun eating. The front door is a very private entrance and there is plenty of privacy in the front of the home and on the back deck; overlooking the Lake. And it has off-street parking for up to 5-cars!
