LIGHTHOUSE VIEW VILLA-This top of the world, 3-story home has one of the BEST views in Santa Cruz. From the top deck (which also has a Hot Tub) you can see the lighthouse at the end of the Harbor at the end of 7th Avenue), the roller coaster at the Boardwalk, the main Santa Cruz wharf, the Beach, Twin Lakes Lagoon & the Surfer Museum Lighthouse!! Look to the right for the lagoon. There are 2 lounge chairs to relax and enjoy day and the hot tub can bubble 4-6 guests.
The Lighthouse View Villa is just 4-houses to the beach & down a few stairs, a 30-second walk to the sand & you never have to cross a street! Spectacular Ocean View from the Master Bedroom with a private deck & wooden & marble end tables. This is luxurious living at its best.
The large kitchen has 6-bar stools at a teak counter, teak cabinets, & a Jen-Aire inside grill on the stove top! There is also a glass table with 4-chairs beautifully covered with decorative fabric. There is a deck with a 4-person table right outside this fully-equipped kitchen with Gas BBQ. The vaulted-ceiling Living Room has a very large sectional couch that seats 7-people & there are other chairs in the Living room too with its big flat screen TV with DVD player & Fireplace. Close to the Living Room there is also a 1/2 bath. .This spacious, well decorated & comfortable home has stained glass windows, silk rose decorations & shell decorations. There are 3-Bedrooms Downstairs. 1st Bedroom, 1-Queen Bed with a TV and a Hawaiian print comforter. There is a full bath with shower between the 1st and 2nd bedroom. The 2nd Bedroom has 1-King Bed with nice Hawaiian comforter with a private door to bath. Also Downstairs past the hallway (which has a bamboo & striped cushion couch) there is a door that makes the 3rd bedroom with 2-Pullman style bunk beds (built-into the walls) with cozy reading lamps & a dresser. Just past these beds is a Queen Futon that makes into a bed.
The 4th Bedroom is on the 2nd Floor. This is the elegant & spacious Master bedroom has 1 -King Bed, TV and a double vanity bathroom with a large tile shower area and a marvelous view of the ocean. Enjoy it; from the attached outdoor deck with 4 person outdoor table with umbrella; for morning coffee and enjoy the Jasmine and Lobelia plants on this deck.
Downstairs, Go out the back door to the rear of the home where there is space for 2 cars to park located off an alley. There is also parking for 1 or 2 cars in front of the home and Parking permits to park on the street are required during the high season (Approx April 1-until after Labor Day, just during the weekends.) The dates are posted on the street signs. Other amenities: Stereo, DVD players, VCR's & Vaulted Ceiling Living Room Plenty of linens and fresh towels. Washer/Dryer. Be sure to bring bicycles to ride into Capitola or the Boardwalk. Very nice homeowner who almost ALWAYS greet his guests and gives a tour of the home named Chuck, who will be calling you for your approximate arrival time on the day you will be coming here.
