Overview
The Panoramic Ocean-view Villa sleeps up to 9 in 4 bedrooms with 2.5 baths. It has a 5-day minimum reservation year-round. This home overlooks a nice sandy cove beach and beautiful panoramic view of world famous premiere point break surf location. This elegant Mediterranean style home is full of light and the sounds of the sea. 1st level has a den with wet bar and fireplace which also includes a Queen Futon and door. The second bedroom also downstairs, has 1 Queen Bed and the 3rd bedroom downstairs also has 1 Queen Bed. The 1st bath is between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Upstairs is the great room that combines the kitchen, dining area and spacious living area with wall-to-wall windows looking out onto the sea. There is also an elegant living room where you can relax. There is a deck that goes around two sides of the great room that has the BBQ and lounging chairs. 4th bedroom is upstairs. This large Master bedroom has 1 King bed and luxurious tile bathroom with both a shower and a soaking tub. It also has a private patio that overlooks the world-class surfing at “The Hook.” The Hot Tub is in the front garden under an arbor of bougainvillea and there is an outdoor shower next to the back door for sand removal. Full laundry is located on first floor. There is a max of 2-full size parking space and a small compact one to the side. Come and relax in this beautiful Home!
