There is also a pool table upstairs also with the ocean view! It is just 1-house over and down one flight of stairs to the beach! The Master Bedroom has 1-King Bed and Large Master bath with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and double vanity sink. This room also has a Spectacular Ocean View Deck, Large TV, VCR and DVD player.
2nd Bedroom has another 1-King Bed with the Spectacular Ocean View Deck, Large TV, and VCR. There is another Full Bath with a shower/tub on this level. Each of the upstairs bedrooms has a glass sliding door that opens to the Full Ocean and beach view deck.
The Great Room is across the full length of the home on the downstairs level & has a full wall of windows and 2-glass sliding doors that open to the large deck that hosts the new hot tub, new BBQ and 2-lounge chairs and an 8-person wooden table with umbrella with the beautiful ocean and beach views. The Great Room and the Kitchen have the same ocean views! There is also a fireplace and a Flat-screen TV & entertainment center.
The Cypress is centrally located between the Village of Capitola and the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk/Wharf. Enjoy watching the playful seals & dolphins in the waves, as well as everyone playing in the sand and sunshine! Watch the surfers and luxuriate in the vast open view and space. Plenty of walking distances on the beach and lots of sunshine and relaxation.
This home is: Location, location, location! There is nothing between you and the waves on the beach but a bit of air and a small Cypress Tree in an elegant seaside suburban neighborhood. This home is only 1-house away from the top of the stairs to the entrance of the Moran Beach! There is ample visiting space around the home with many couches and chairs in the Living Room. Downstairs is the Open spacious Great Room with 2-Queen Sofa couches and 1-Double Futon/Couch. The Guests sleeping in the Great Room in front of the fireplace also have wonderful views of the ocean and sounds of the sea and there is a full bath for the guests downstairs.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and has the ocean view as well and is open to the Great Room. There is a large wrap-around counter that has 4-large bar stools for breakfast serving or make it a sushi bar. There is also a dining table for 4 next to this large counter. The Great Room is nicely carpeted as well as is most of the home. There is a full bath/shower on this downstairs level for guests sleeping in the Great Room. There is a New Washer and Dryer in the Laundry Room.
The large Outdoor deck, just outside the Great Room, has a spectacular 180 degree view of the ocean and a new hot tub overlooking the sand & sea! It also has a 6-person wooden table with umbrella and 2-lounge chairs. There are plenty of beach towels, bath towels and linens in the home. There is off-street parking for 5 maximum cars: 2-in the garage and outside the garage next to the Cypress Tree. Home is 2345 sq. ft. on a lot that is 4,500 sq ft. Other amenities: 4-boogie boards for beach fun, 2-beach chairs, new propane BBQ and an outdoor shower. The outdoor shower is on the left of the home as you are facing the Ocean.
It is a short 10-minute drive along the coast to Village of Capitola. 60-minutes to Monterey Bay Aquarium. Bring bicycles to ride along East Cliff Drive or to the Beach Boardwalk/Wharf. Sorry no pets.
