It is a single level home, just 2 stairs into the front door. The 1st bedroom is 1-King bed, the 2nd bedroom has 1-Queen Bed and 3rd bedroom has 1-Queen bed. There are 2 sofas beds in the Living Room = 1 Queen and 1 Twin. One bath is conveniently split into 2 close, but separate rooms, so that guests wanting to shower don't have to wait for those brushing their teeth. The living room has a fireplace, entertainment center with Cable TV, DVD it and adjoins the dining area and kitchen. The yard has several different varieties of plants and flowers. Enjoy the large private hot tub canopied with wisteria. Pets friendly.
Just a 3 min walk to the Rio Del Mar beach, with it's great restaurants and delis. Only a few steps across the footbridge over the small river and you can enjoy the Seacliff State Beach Park with it's wharf and landmark cement ship at the end of the wharf. The ship has become a great place to watch the sea lions and other creatures.
Tudor Rose Manor(which sleeps 22 guests)_ is about 3 blocks from this home- down Bennett Street- to Venetian- an easy walk- it is a one-way street- down Bennett Street to Tudor Rose Manor.* There is a hot tub and 2 bicycles.
