Several garden areas including a large water fountain featuring Trident in an oak shaded patio, relaxing lounge chairs situated to take advantage of expansive view of the hills and Monterey Bay. There are tables, chairs & umbrellas and tall stand-up heat lamps for extra warmth, which are arranged for outdoor or evening BBQ etc. Vaulted ceiling Living Room with gas fireplace shares the view with the dining area that can seat up to 8 and a gourmet kitchen with marble counters. Two downstairs bedrooms, one with a Queen and one with 1 Twin sleigh bed. There are also 2-cots in the closet and 2 thick camping-adult sized mats. The grand Master Bedroom features a Queen bed with the same wonderful vista and a Master bath on the same level. Parking area can accommodate up to 10 cars. This spectacular home is often used for events up to 100 guests. The owner will help you find local providers of party equipment. There is an event fee to cover the extra wear & tear of a large gathering that the Owner will discuss with you.
