This home is just 4 houses to the East Cliff/Pleasure Point Beaches and scenic East Cliff Drive for walking, strolling, bicycling. Watching the sea life and surfers. Hear the ocean surf from the home. Centrally located with up to 15-restaurants within a 5-min walk and a fun set of unusual shops on both 41st and Portola.
Parking for 2 cars on driveway. TV's, VCR's, DVD players and 5-CD Player. Fun beach toys for children and 4 beach towels. Sorry no pets
