There is parking for 2 cars on site; no permits required for street parking. There is a 4-car maximum. The first floor has four bedrooms. The Surfer room has a twin over double bunk bed (sometime refered to as a Pyramid bunk bed) that also has a pull-out twin trundle. The Dolphin room has two twins which are often pushed together to make a king-size bed with king size sheets available. There are also 2 4"-floor futons stored in the Dolphin room for use anywhere in the home. The Mermaid room has a bunk bed and a twin daybed with a pop-up twin trundle. The laundry area is located at the end of this large room. The Sea Turtle room has a 1/2 bath with a twin over double (another Pyramid bunk bed) with pull-out twin trundle underneath. The full downstairs bathroom with a shower/tub is between the Surfer and Sea Turtle rooms. The Great Room with the Living Room, kitchen & dining area, the master bedroom & another full bathroom are located on the 2nd-floor. In the Great Room, you will find a comfy Queen futon and a cozy Full futon. The Master bedroom has a Queen bed and a Twin Daybed with a pop-up twin trundle. The kitchen has a glass cooktop electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, all dishes, pots & pans, plus a small refrigerator for drinks. Also on the second floor are two balconies. The front balcony has peeks of the ocean and the BBQ. The home is freshly painted with new appliances. There is a TV and DVD player in the Great room. There is also a TV/VHS player in the Surfer room. There are toys, books, games, DVD's, videos and puzzles. There are 2 large parking spaces in the main driveway, 1 compact car space to the right of the driveway, and one car can park in front on the street for a total of 4. Easy walk to small shopping center with restaurants, video store, small market etc. Large shopping center with Safeway, Rite Aid, theater and much more, is less than 1/2 mile away. The entrance to the Seacliff State Beach with it's unique wharf and Cement ship with marine wildlife viewing, is a short 2+ blocks stroll away.
