Enjoy over 200 degrees of waves and ocean and the Monterey Peninsula views, not to mention world-class surfers performing daily from your comfortable deck vantage point. It sleeps up to 6 guests.
The Master Bedroom is on the top floor with fabulous views of the ocean and has 1 very comfortable Queen Bed with full bath. The Master Bedroom has the door to the large sunny deck that surrounds two plus sides of the house. There are plenty of chairs and a lounge chair on the deck overlooking the ocean. The second Bedroom has 1 Double bed and 1 Twin Bed. This bedroom also has lots of toys and games, and a huge handmade wooden doll house. The 3rd Bedroom has 2 Twin beds in bunk style with the ocean view.
It also has DSL for your laptop hook-up and a cod player. There is a full bathroom with a bath tub downstairs. The fun Great Room includes the Living Room with a large sectional couch and there is a Twin futon in this Living Room and an Entertainment Center with TV and DVD player and fireplace. The Living Room, kitchen and dining room overlook the ocean. The Dining area has a large 6-person kitchen table and the Kitchen with a gas stove has lots of nice French amenities. Ocean views from the kitchen, dining area and the Living Room.
There is also a wonderful lanai (covered porch) in the back of the home for storing beach, surf gear and a few bicycles. There is parking for 2 cars on-site in the driveway. The owners like to sit on the small front porch and watch people go by. (There are 4 chairs on this small deck.) Sorry this home is not available for an all-male group, families only. Home is Pet Friendly and only available in the summer.
Enjoy Pleasure Point activities: Surfing & watching the surfers, walking all along East Cliff Drive with your pet, sitting and watching the waves, or bicycle all around the ocean cliffs and the point. Top of the stairs to 36th Avenue beach is 1-block from this home and there is a view of the beach from the home's deck; or travel further down East Cliff to 38th Avenue beach. To the right of the home, bicycle to 26th Avenue beach. Capitola is 7-minutes away and Downtown Santa Cruz Wharf and Beach Boardwalk is 10-minutes away!
Monterey is about 1 hr away. You will experience lots of Ocean, Fun and Relaxation at the home. Pet Friendly. There is a full laundry and outdoor shower in the Lanai.2 bicycles are at the home for your enjoyment. There are great bicycle lanes for a ride all along East Cliff Drive either to the Boardwalk or to the Village of Capitola.
