PALM COURT - ROSE COTTAGE: Sleeps up to 6 and has 2-Queen beds in the Bedroom, 1 bath with a shower and 1-Queen Futon in the Living room. There is also a metal gas furnace stove and a large oak entertainment center with TV, DVD, VHS and a stereo in the Living Room. The bedroom with the Queens also has a TV. The remodeled Kitchen has a gas stove, microwave etc with a nice set of table & chairs for dining.
The courtyard is a large enclosed grassy lawn with Palm Trees and flower gardens. There are two cottages available as of the Summer of 2007, and there will be two more of the Cottages joining the Vacation Rental group soon. There is also a grassy yard right next to the cottage with a low fence and small charcoal BBQ.
You can also walk to the end of the street and get the best ocean view around and turn right and enjoy a great walking path right above to the ocean! This is a wonderful place for a stroll. Everyone who stays has been so pleased with the neighborhood with its beautiful gardens and how restful the whole area is for a great vacation. There is a separate building with laundry facilities and one reserved parking space per cottage. Pets OK. A Hot Tub can be rented for your stay for $300.
