HARBOR VIEW VILLAS: This ocean view and harbor view Beach Vacation Villa Home can easily accommodate 4 couples. Each with a private bath and room for each couple OR up to a 20 person stay if you reserve the Ground floor & Upstairs. Each level has a full kitchen, and two full baths, so if you have both levels you have 4-bedrooms and 4-baths. The Master bedroom has a Queen; the second bedroom has two bunk beds with a double on the bottom and a twin on the top. The sofa in the living makes into a queen bed. On the Upper level is a small deck with wonderful ocean views and it overlooks the harbor with sparkling water on the summer sunny days. Beautiful views from the upstairs Living Room and a large T.V. There is a gas BBQ on this deck; right outside the Living Room and 4 comfy outdoor chairs and an awning accent this deck for those warm summer days. Nice ocean breezes. There are luxurious Living Rooms including Fireplaces on both levels. Each level has a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters. There is a Jacuzzi tub in the upper and lower unit's bathrooms and a steam shower in the lower level unit. The downstairs- ground level has a gigantic T.V. with VCR. and a large sectional couch in a large Living Room. The Ground level has a 4 person glass dining table. The upstairs unit has a 6 person dining table with pink roses on the upholstery. Beautiful view of the ocean and the harbor from the Upstairs -Upper level bedroom with a Queen bed, kitchen and dining area. The Ground level has a small deck that is accessed from the Master Bedroom with an ocean and harbor view. This Master Bedroom has 1 Queen bed and 1 small T.V. There is plenty of parking. There is a tropical feel with the beautiful palm trees in the front of the home and lots of nice flowers in the back yard; that is private and quiet. The outdoor shower is to the far right of the home; through the gate. 1 1/4 blocks to the Twin Lakes Beach and the Crow's Nest Restaurant. Aldos Restaurant is across the harbor. Deke's Market is 1 block over on 7th Avenue for deli sandwiches and small grocery items and kids beach toys. There is some firewood on the right of the home; through the gate for bon fires at the beach! This Villa has everything you could want in a beach home and more. a two-car garage & off-street parking for a total of 7-cars. The Harbor View Villas are centrally located in the Harbor area of Santa Cruz a short 10-minute drive to the Village of Capitola or downtown Santa Cruz. Easy walk to beach, and about a 12-min walk to the Boardwalk. 45 minutes drive to Monterey Bay Aquarium.
