The lower entrance to Seacliff State Beach Park is a short, almost level block walk away. The Rio del Mar beach is just a few steps further and has a small set of stores, excellent delis and a fine seafood restaurant.

The 1st Floor has 2-Queen Bedrooms, and an extra Large Bedroom with 2-Twins and 1-Double sleeper sofa, foosball table and TV with DVD. There is a full Bath with tile shower.
