Home Description: PLEASURE POINT COTTAGE: This sweet cottage has a separate kitchen, laundry room and main room which sleeps up to 4 and has 1-Queen bed and 1-Double Aerobed with a seating area with two very comfortable chairs and reading lamps. This room also has a complete entertainment center with TV, 10-disk DVD, VHS & Radio. The full kitchen; with nice tile counters and skylight, also has a nice oak table & chairs in the corner of it for an intimate dinner; seats 2 or quick breakfast before heading out to enjoy a bike ride along the ocean. The bathroom has a shower and skylight. You are only 1 block to the beach. There is also a utility room with a washer & dryer. Enjoy the quiet of this cottage and be close to the beach. Kids can play in the yard and your pet has plenty of outdoor room to play too. Sliding glass door from the Main Room opens to your own private fenced-in brick patio/backyard with bubbling and inviting hot tub. Relax in bubbling bliss and a few steps away; fall into bed. The front yard has pots of flowers & palms and a charming white picket fence, just 8 houses to the beach! Stroll along East Cliff Drive and watch all the surfers at this famous surf area. Bicycle or walk to the large 26th Avenue. The beach is pet friendly. Capitola is a 12-minute bicycle ride away. There are 3-bicycles are provided with this cottage. The Santa Cruz Beach Wharf and Boardwalk are just a 7 minute drive away. Parking for 2 cars; in front of the cottage. The Monterey Bay Aquarium and Fishermans Wharf area is a senic 45 minute drive south.
