One of a kind property literally "On the Sand" in Santa Cruz! Beautiful and spacious open beach with a balcony you can sit and enjoy the sights and the sounds of the waves and watch your family play on the beach. Sleeps up to 6, with 2- Bedrooms, 2-Baths. 180 degree Ocean view from the Living Room, Dining area and Kitchen. Flat walk onto the beach! Master bedroom has 1-King size bed and its own TV and a small tall window ocean view. The Master Bedroom has it's own bath with shower. 2nd bedroom has 2 Twin trundle beds=4 twin beds. 2 of the rolling trundle-lower Twin beds can be rolled into the Living Room. The 2nd full bath has a bath tub/shower. Nice Living Room with wonderful ocean views! Ample seating and a TV with VCR/DVD player. There is a nice wooden dining table; that seats 6; located in the open Living Room area and there is a cassette tape; double player in this room. Full kitchen with ocean views and an open counter to the Living Room; with 2 bar stools. Located in a gated complex which offers a getaway location you will want to come back to time and again! Nice ocean decor. Wonderful views and location.
