The first bedroom has 1-King with TV, an ocean view and an ocean view deck, and bath with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. 2nd Bedroom has 1-King with a TV, an oceanview and ocean view deck. Third bedroom had 1-Queen with ocean views and a full bath. There is an alcove at the top of the stairs that has 1-Double innerspring futon and there is a full bath between this alcove and the other King bedroom.The great room has 2 Queen sofa sleepers with the ocean view; with a very large flat screen TV/DVD player. There is a full bath on this floor next to the Entrance door. Large wrap around counter separates the Great Room from the kitchen. There are 5 barstools with ocean views from this counter. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances: glasstop stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Plenty of counter space and an ocean view. The kitchen is open to the Living Room.
The deck off the Great Room has several chairs & tables, and new hot tub with ocean view. There is a new gas BBQ; overlooking the ocean and a large outdoor table and 2 lounge chairs. 2 boogie boards and some beach chairs.
Go back out the driveway just one house and then down the stairs to the beach! Centrally located in Santa Cruz. 2 minutes to Capitola. 5 minutes to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and 45 minutes to Monterey. Bring bicycles and store in the garage; to ride all along East Cliff Drive.
