The well-appointed chalet is located within a short drive to ski areas: Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Northstar, Diamond Peak, Mt Rose, Sugar Bowl and Homewood. Across the street is a cross county ski area in winter and a wonderful place to walk the dog in summer.
It has a Slate entry with a bench to sit on while removing boots, shoes and hanging coats. The large Living Room has a Fire stove, 37" flat screen TV and entertainment center. A view of meadow and at the end of the property is a year round stream. Kitchen has an electric stove, upgraded refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and more. Large granite counter with seating for 3 at tall chairs is adjacent to a spacious Dining Room with a table for 8+
First bedroom is a Queen Bed master suite with private bath. 2nd bedroom also has a Queen. 3rd bedroom has two Twin beds. The Grand Master suite is upstairs in a room that could hold 3-king beds, but just has 1-Queen. Large windows overlook the meadow and over to the streambed. The Grand master bath has a Jacuzzi and a separate shower.
There is a nice redwood deck in back with BBQ to enjoy in the non-snow seasons. There is an18-hole golf course nearby, a recreation center, fitness center, tennis court complex, swimming pools, hot tubs etc. that area is available to guests with the guest pass that is at the home, and a small fee.
The Driveway can hold up to 4 cars and the garage can hold 2 more. Pet friendly.
