3-AMIGOS: TAOS CASA-The second of 3-elegant southwestern style Casas, sleeping up to 12-each in 3-bedrooms & 3.5 baths, all with double garages for off-street parking, and 1-other car can be parked in the area in front of the garage. If you have a large family reunion or corporate group, all 3-Casas can be reserved together to sleep up to 36 guests. These homes are an easy almost level 5-block stroll to the world-famous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk with is large sandy surfing beach and wharf with lots of restaurants and unique shops. Only a 3-min walk to the Santa Cruz Downtown Pacific Garden Mall with its several theaters, unique shops, nightclubs, dancing & live entertainment clubs, and of course, lots of great restaurants. On the way to the Boardwalk you will pass the brand-new large Skateboard Park on the River. The San Lorenzo River also has a nice walk along it for another fun & free activity. The 1st or Ground floor has a double-car garage with a larger washer & dryer in it. On the same level is a gourmet kitchen with granite counters and an island that can be used for extra seating and a comfortable Dining area that seats up to 10. There is also a 1/2 bath on this level. The 2nd floor has 2-bedrooms each with: 1-King bed or it can be made up into 2-Extra Long Twins. There is also 1-Queen sofa sleeper in each bedroom. Each bedroom has its own Full bath with a shower. The 3rd floor has: 1 Bedroom with 1-King bed or can be made up into 2-Extra Long Twins. It also has French doors that open onto a deck with a small Hot Tub. A full bath with shower tub is between the bedroom and the Living Room on this level. The Living Room has 2-Queen sofa sleeper couches and a TV/DVD entertainment center, a gas fireplace and its own private small deck with a table and chairs. There are fully enclosed side yard on all 3 of these Amigos with a picnic table and a charcoal BBQ. Beautiful Southwest decor and design inside and outside. Palm trees, cactus and other garden plants decorate the yards. There is no inside room that can seat more than 12. If you rent 2 or more of the Casas, you can combine the picnic tables in the side yard for a get-togethers. Santa Fe does not have a picnic table or side yard that can fit one.
