The other end of this room has 1 Double couch/sofa sleeper and 1 tall 2 person; glass top table and dresser. The Dining Room; right next to the kitchen can seat 6 people and it has the ocean view; as well as the kitchen. The Master bedroom has a full bath, and the 2nd bedroom has the 1/2 bath and are bothupstairs; both with Queen beds. The Ground floors first sleeping area has a Queen Sofa sleeper, a TV and a additional full kitchen area.
There is a bedroom downstairs with 1 Double bed.
There is a deck with an umbrella table and chairs and nice ocean views and some petunia flowers right outside the kitchen; with the ocean view from outside or inside. The back yard has nice plants; privacy and outdoor chairs and a charcoal BBQ.
The home has a Reverse floor plan. There is a 2nd full kitchen on the ground floor along with one of the Double bedroom with a full bath with a shower/tub and the other sleeping area has another Queen sofa sleeper with a Serta mattress.
The front driveway has space for up to 5-cars off the street. There are several restaurants within a short walk, including one of our local favorites, The Aloha Bar & Grill with live music and fun Hawaiian food.
Capitola is 5 minutes away; driving and the Yacht Harbor is about 3 minutes away; driving, and the Santa Cruz Beach and Boardwalk is a 10 minute drive away.
The beach is 8 houses away and down the stairs. Other enjoyable beaches are located South on East Cliff Drive; to 26th Avenue.
This home has a truly wonderful tropical garden; full of ferns, palm tree and flowers and nice green grass. There is also a majestic redwood tree at the front of the home. Open and spacious home.
