BANANA BELT BUNGALOW sleeps up to 6 people in 2-bedrooms and has 1-bath. It is on a corner lot in a neighborhood with lots of cute little Bungalows (nice neighborhood for walking). Backyard deck has large bubbling hot tub next to table and chairs plus there are nice 2 bicycles to enjoy.
Living room has a 42 inch flat screen and Wireless DSL. There are beautiful hardwood floors, freshly remodeled kitchen with fully equipped new appliances. The 1st bedroom has a queen, 2nd bedroom another queen, and the living room has 2-twin innerspring futon chairs. The yard has a French intensive garden, which are garden beds in convenient squares raised to waist height so it is easy to pick the herbs and flowers without bending over. Totally fenced-in and pet-friendly front yard and back deck. And, instead of using charcoal or wood there is a more user friendly Pellet fire stove in the Living Room.
Neighborhood is quiet and easy walk to several great stores like Staff of Life Market, Shoppers Corner, Rio Theater, two Mexican restaurants, pizza places, Charley Hong Kong with delicious modern Tai Cuisine, Crepe Place with outside garden dining, Safeway, Staff of Life, Shoppers Corner, Rite-Aid etc., 10 minute walk to downtown, 1 mile to ocean. Locals path by railroad tracks to Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk 15-20 minute walk away (a very nice bike ride) as two nice cruising bikes are included.
